Status of ITS resources
Current K-State faculty and staff may use this form to submit their digital scholarship to be considered for inclusion into K-REx. Graduate students looking to submit your electronic thesis, dissertation, or report (ETDR) should deposit their works via the ETDR submission form.
For all other submissions, please contact cads@k-state.edu. Learn more at About K-REx.
Self-archiving makes your work discoverable through Google Scholar and other search portals so it can be found and read all over the world.
K-REx can work as “home base” when posting your work online. Post it to K-REx and then link to it from social media or your go-to scholarly community. Digital items in K-REx have stable URLs so you won’t have to worry about your links breaking.
K-REx is more than just a repository, it’s a set of services for you and the K-State Community. Copyright and permissions checking are done for you before material is posted online. Though, we may still contact you if we have any questions.
K-REx is inclusive, and can serve as a digital home for a wide variety of creative, administrative, and scholarly work created by the K-State Community including:
Journal articles
Conference papers
Reports
Images
Presentations
Videos
Data (Up to 2GB)
Other material that might be important to scholars or researchers
This form should NOT be used for theses, dissertations, and reports being submitted in partial fulfillment of requirements for a degree from Kansas State University.
Please follow the directions found on the Graduate School’s Submit Your ETDR to K-REx web page to submit your ETDR to the Graduate School for review.
