Marie B. Senn (1870-1962)

Marie Barbara Senn was born in Enterprise, KS, in 1870. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Kansas State Agricultural College in 1890, and received her Master's degree from KSAC in 1893. She taught at the county school, 1890-1892, grade school and high school at Enterprise, KS, 1893-1894. Senn was Head of the Department of Domestic Economy at North Dakota Agricultural College, 1894-1902. She married Thomas Hunter Heath, 1900 graduate of NDAC, on Jan. 1, 1903, and moved to Seattle, WA. In 1914, they were living in Enterprise, KS. She died on December 24, 1962 in Enterprise, KS.
