Accessing the Collections

The holdings are available for serious study by the students, faculty, staff, and administration of KSU, and the general public. Card catalogs and indexes, inventories, collection registers and bibliographies are maintained to assist researchers. Photocopy services are available for a fee. Please see Rules for Use for usage guidelines.

Persons interested in visiting the University Archives may do so at Hale Library on the Kansas State University campus. University Archives is located in Room 506.

Most collections are stored off-site and retrieval of materials will take a minimum of 24 hours. Please contact the archives prior to your arrival if you wish to view material from a collection.
