There are 14 collaboration rooms and 4 individual-study rooms located in the Dave and Ellie Everitt Learning Commons on the first floor of Hale Library. Anyone affiliated with K-State can reserve these rooms for up to four hours at a time. Use of the collaboration rooms is intended for two or more people involved in a collaborative academic or research activity.
Rooms range in size from one-person rooms to a ten-person room. All rooms include whiteboard walls. To help protect against the spread of Covid-19, we are no longer providing dry erase markers: please bring your own. Most rooms monitors with HDMI cords to connect to laptops. View our detailed list for information on room sizes, locations, and amenities.
Reserving collaboration rooms
Rooms can be reserved up to one month in advance for up to four hours at a time. Please do not create consecutive reservations out of respect for others who want to use the rooms.
View our step-by-step instructions for reserving rooms online.
All users are expected to read and abide by the full room policies. K-State Libraries reserve the right to limit future use of the rooms to any users that don’t adhere to room policies.
