How can I help you?

I’m happy to answer any questions you have about undergraduate and community services at K-State Libraries. Many times I’ll be able to answer your question directly, other times I will put you in contact with someone who can answer your question better than I can. If you’re still not sure whether to contact me, here are some kinds of questions I’ve fielded lately:

• Why do I have this fine on my K-State Libraries account? How do I clear it up?
• Why was my book recalled? What is a recall anyway?
• I don’t go to or work at K-State, can I still check out stuff or use the computers?
• I’m trying to use Write-n-Cite with RefWorks, why isn’t it working?
• My students need to learn how to find information for a class project, can I schedule a class?

I also appreciate any kind of feedback about our services, whether at Library Help on Hale Library’s 2nd floor or via Ask a Librarian. This can be if you’ve had an unhappy experience, a great experience, or if you have a suggestion for improving or altering our services.
