Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct and apply research to the creation of new products, services, and practices.
• Diffuse and adopt new products, services and practices throughout the library as a whole, for internal process improvement or to benefit library customers directly.
• Identify models for successful innovation in academic libraries.
• Create collaborations with campus units.
• Create collaborations with other libraries.
• Identify organizational structures and business models for successful Research and Development.
