Position Responsibilities:

• Liaison with American Ethnic Studies, Leadership Studies, and English Language Program.
• Provides library instruction, group and individual reference assistance, and collection development for assigned subject areas.
• Promotes the mission of DowMRC by supporting interdisciplinary and multicultural research, teaching, and scholarship.

What I can do as your liaison...

• Develop and present library instruction specifically tailored to your subject area or assignments.
• Assist in locating materials to support classroom instruction.
• Create subject specific web pages and bibliographies.
• Consult with you about in-depth research.
• Purchase material for your teaching and research areas and update you about library materials received in those areas.
• Meet with you individually to explore your students’ needs and your special interests and needs for library services and materials.
