Refreshing Acquisitions Reports on the Server

Refreshing Acquisitions reports through the server is necessary when reports are built in Reporter, but cancelled before they have been run (or the user exits from the module after building the reports but before running, i.e. printing).

1. Open the UNIX client.
2. Log on to the Dewey server.
• Profile Name: dewey
• Host Name: dewey.ksu.ksu.edu
• User ID: voyager
• Password: --------
3. Change address to cd /m1/voyager/ksudb/rpt
4. Scroll down to files whose beginning extension is acqrpts.acq .** The information in ** is the date.
5. Select the file that you wish to refresh (by its date).
6. Rename that file to acqrpts.acq.inp (the date will be erased).
7. Go back to Reporter, build and then run the report.
