In 1999 the Morse Department of Special Collections entered into an agreement with the Department of the Army,
Directorate of Environment and Safety, Fort Riley, Kansas to serve as the repository for preserving the
archeological survey reports produced under its auspices so that they were available for scholarly use. These
reports provide a wealth of information about the people, land, environment, and other vital characteristics
of this region, from "prehistoric" time to the present. The reports are received on a periodic basis and below
is a current bibliography of the collection.
