The Records of FAR-MAR-CO, Inc. and its predecessor organizations were donated to Kansas State University to start the Arthur Capper Cooperative Research Collection, as a resource for the study of cooperatives. FAR-MAR-CO was dissolved in 1985, prompting the directors to donate the material. The collection documents the history of the company from 1914 through 1985 with papers, photos, films and correspondence. Legal documents, board minutes and financial statements provide a rich resource enabling researcher to study past decisions and moves of cooperatives.
This collection, comprising approximately 95 linear feet, has been assigned University Archives Accession number 36 (revised accession number PC 1985.07).
