

Cornelius Henry Mobiley was born on 31 Dec 1904 in Kansas, the son of Henry and Dovie Mobiley. He and his three younger siblings, Dorothy, Paul and Lloyd, grew up at 2031 N 6th Street, Kansas City, KS. He graduated from Sumner High School in 1922.
In Sep of 1922, he entered K-State, pursuing an education in veterinary medicine.
He lived at the Phi Beta Sigma Chapter House, 1020 Colorado, throughout his college years.
Cornelius Mobiley graduated from K-State on 03 Jun 1926, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. In 1930, the census shows that he worked as a veterinarian at a meat packing plant in St. Paul, MN.
Interestingly, fellow Sigma Norman Hamilton Howell was working at the same job and living in the same boarding house.
Cornelius H. Mobiley died on 07 Apr 1977 in Ramsey county, MN.
