A World War I draft registration card filled out on 12 Sep 1918, exists for James Frank Davis, born on 25 Mar 1899, listing Stephen Davis of Nashville, TN, as his father. This may or may not be the same individual.
On 12 Sep 1922, he entered K-State as a sophomore due to credits earned at Fisk University. He initially studied civil engineering, before changing to follow the general science course of study in 1924. He last attended during the spring semester of 1925.
He lived in the Phi Beta Sigma Chapter House, 1020 Colorado, throughout his time at K-State. Nothing is known about his life from this point.
