GroupWise: Oops, can I retract an item I sent from GroupWise?
Yes, messages may be retracted if the recipient has not opened the message. Appointments may be retracted any time.
Use Retract to delete a sent item from the recipient’s Mailbox.
- Click the Sent Items folder in the Folder List.
- Right-click the item you want to retract > click Delete.
- Select the appropriate option:
Delete from:
- My mailbox
- Recipient's mailbox
- All mailboxes
- Retract comments may be included if you selected to retract an appointment from recipients’ or all mailboxes.
- Click "OK."
To see which recipients have opened your message, right-click the item > click Properties.
