Services for Visiting Faculty

Visiting faculty must register with Circulation before submitting requests to Interlibrary Services. Visiting faculty will also need to create an ILLiad account to use for placing requests with Interlibrary Services. To do this, go to the ILLiad Logon Screen and click on "First Time ILLiad Users Click Here to Register."

Photocopy Requests

• ILS will request photocopies for faculty visiting for any length of stay.



• Most photocopies are delivered electronically via your ILLiad account within 2-10 days. You will receive an e-mail each time we receive an article for you. The e-mail will provide a link to ILLiad where you will log in to download your article.

Book Requests

• ILS will borrow books for faculty visiting at K-State for 30 days or more.



• Most books are usually received in 5-10 days.



• You will receive an e-mail notification when your book request arrives.
