The purpose of the Dean's Award is to recognize exceptional contributions to K-State Libraries by non-tenure track unclassified professional staff. The award,presented annually, consists of a monetary gift and a plaque engraved with the recipient's name. The plaque will be displayed in Hale Library.

Mary Bailey, Continuing Resources Librarian in the Content Development and Acquisitions department, was selected as the recipient of the 2012 Dean’s Award. Mary's unique skill set is essential to the smooth delivery of resources to the K-State Community.
