This year's winner is Lynn Feldhausen. Lynn is a Library Assistant II in the Metadata and Preservation department. Lynn's work ethic, positive team spirit, and adaptability have been a driving force behind the electronic theses dissertations and reports (ETDR) project. In 2006 the university and the libraries began publishing theses, dissertations, and reports in electronic format only. Lynn smoothly transitioned from cataloging the print resources to the electronic resources. She is involved in reviewing the metadata submitted by the students as well as corresponding with colleagues in iTAC and at the Graduate School. She adds an extra level of quality control by catching errors in ETDRs. Lynn's great attention to detail, cataloging and computing skills, along with her desire to provide excellent customer service in a cheerful manner has made the processing of 1,666 ETDRs a smooth procedure.
