Separated Materials:
Oversized materials, pennants, and artifacts were separated based on departmental procedures and placed in various locations, described in separation sheets.
Identified photographs of K-State staff members and students and other photos related to Kansas State University from the 1880s to the 1920s were separated and placed in the Photograph Collection—Subject files and Photograph Collection—People files. Commencement programs from 1913 to 1942 were also separated and are now located with the commencement program collection. Finally, there were a few books pulled from the collection for standard cataloging.

Botany class notes from August William "Gus" Seng, Fall 1907. Instructor was graduate assistant Miss Anna Monroe, and notes includes sketches.
Delta Delta Delta scrapbook of KSAC student Dorothy Garrett, 1930-1931. Includes photos, invitations, programs, and clippings.
Photography notebook of Robert Yeoman, Spring 1941. Includes negatives and prints with various techniques applied, likely for photography class. Images include campus (Anderson Hall, Beck Dairy Barn, Holton Hall, Holtz Hall, etc.), Manhattan, ROTC, interior student housing, and the Pi Beta Phi house.
Scrapbook of Emma C. Jehlik, 1923–1927. She was a KSAC student during 1922-1923 and 1923-1924, and content includes photos and documentation of student life and later activities in Nebraska.
