Resources
K-State Libraries are unable to offer alumni who are not current K-State students or employees off-campus access to many of the online journals and databases that we subscribe to. However, alumni who come to campus can access most of our resources from the public computers in Hale Library.
Some resources we offer are freely available to all Kansas residents. These include:
- Free E-Journals from K-State Libraries
With a listing of over 6,000 electronic journals, you can search for a specific journal or magazine in the search box, or select a category. Questions? Ask a Librarian! - Free Databases from K-State Libraries
Try these databases to search for articles and other content. - Directory of Open Access Journals
A directory of scientific and scholarly journals that do not charge readers for use. Click their "About" link to learn more. - State Library of Kansas Databases
The State Library of Kansas makes a number of databases available within the state of Kansas.
