Assistance and Consultation 

Copyright Services - Schedule an appointment to go over issues related to copyright.

Library Instruction and Workshops - K-State Libraries staff work with classroom faculty and program directors to facilitate the teaching and learning of information literacy in the undergraduate and graduate/professional curricula so as to give students a positive active experience using the Libraries and its resources.

Research Assistance - Need help with your research? Schedule a one-on-one appointment with a librarian to get help with your research.

Borrow, Renew and Reserves

Check Out - Students, faculty and staff of K-State, persons affiliated, residents of the State of Kansas, visiting faculty and scholars may borrow or check out library materials.

Interlibrary Loan - Use Interlibrary loan to borrow materials from other universities and colleges.

Proxy Borrowing - K-State faculty may authorize a currently enrolled student or employed staff member to borrow library materials for them. For more information on this process, visit the link above.

Purchase Recommendations - If you think there are books, journals, databases, or other materials that need to be in the Libraries’ collections, please fill out this form or contact a librarian with your suggestion.

Renew It - The Renew It service is designed to help make it easier to renew large amounts of loaned materials, renewals that are unavailable online, and for faculty and staff who house loaned materials in their on-campus offices.

Reserves - K-State libraries provides course resrves in order to support instructional requirements for specifc courses.

Data, Softwares and Technology 

Data Services - K-State libraries provides help with finding data, documentation, preservation and visualization through the Center for the Advancement of Digital Scholarship.

Information Technology (IT) Services - The first point of contact for campus information technology needs, including hours and location for IT help desk, eID and password, software license, equipment check out and many more.

Media Development Center (MDC) - K-State students, faculty and staff may use media development centre for non-commercial, academic purposes for video editing, producing CDs and DVDs, scanning or editing, webpages, audio-video recordings and many more.
